Wendy K. Stewart
GAEMC is proud to introduce Wendy K. Stewart, an association professional bringing 20 years of marketing experience to our organization. Wendy got an early start in Dodge City and Lawrence, Kansas, assisting with her family’s auction and retail businesses. She earned a B.A. in Art History from the University of Kansas. She has worked for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in N.Y.C., sold commercial real estate in Lawrence, Kansas, and has experience running a 20,000 square foot auction house. Combined with her art, real estate, and auction experience, Wendy was honored to be the vice-president of member services at the NAA (National Auctioneers Association), where she enjoyed assisting new auction professionals succeed and grow in the business. Wendy’s work with the NAA led her to get involved in the 2006-2007 alternative energy and biofuels explosion by assisting these industry associations with their conferences, events, media publications, and corporate sponsorships. She is passionate about leading real estate professionals, developers, and corporations to the “green” movement and helped found www.goinggreenglobally.com, an association for the education of biofuels, alternative energy, and a more sustainable world.

In addition, Wendy has partnered with www.gogreenevents.com to elevate your event to the next level of being green certified and also connect you to green speakers, sponsors and an over all green industry related approach to your overall approach.

Currently, Wendy is involved in a "Think local buy local" campaign with independent restaurants and is excited to continue her work through local eateries and food distribution channels.

Angie Hammrich
Angie graduated from Kansas State University with a dual degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Her career has spanned a variety of industries over 15 years starting with managing systems for the Kemper Service Company out of Kansas City. Experience as the Administrative Services Director for the National Association of Auctioneers and the CFO for Northeastern Mental Health Center makes her a valuable partner to the GAEMC team. Recently, Angie has successfully started Innovative BizWorks, Inc., a successful business services company that continues to grow and expand. For the last several years her main focus has been event registration and planning.

Constance Wolfe
Constance Wolfe brings over 20 years of sales and marketing and management skills to GAEMC. Starting out as a young sales rep in San Francisco with the fashion industry, to life on the hill in Washington DC, she is now involved in expanding…shop local, eat local sustain your local community awareness programs.

Upon graduation from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Political Science, life in association management began in DC at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and eventually the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones (NAFTZ). An opportunity to purchase the family Bed and Breakfast arose and Constance concentrated on running the business and involving herself in the local Chamber of Commerce, chairing “Buy Local” campaigns and serving on the Convention and Visitors Bureau for over 13 years.

While still owning the Bed & Breakfast, Constance created a successful residential real estate business and was invited to direct the membership department for the NAA (National Auctioneers Association). This experience led her to become the Membership Director for Chief Executive Network (CEN), designed to bring CEOs together to exchange best practices, primarily in facilitated round table formats.

Armed with this knowledge and experience, Constance co-founded the Dining Card Group in 2003 with the purpose of promoting independent and locally owned businesses.

Constance looks forward to sharing her experience and expertise as a partner with the GAEMC team.

Brian Jones
Brian has over 10 years of marketing and design experience. He has helmed his own company, Graphicmachine, which has helped companies of various sizes expand their market reach through good strategy and design. His background in architecture has created an understanding of the project process and the necessary goals to create a project of exceptional standards on schedule and on budget.

Tracy Million Simmons
Tracy has been writing as a professional freelancer for more than ten years and has twenty years of work in print and document services, including layout, design, search engine optimization and digital press project management. This adds even greater depth to the writing services she brings to your business.

From her beginnings with award-winning work on high school and college publications, Tracy has always gravitated toward words and paper. Her first job, post-college, was to create a series of aircraft maintenance manuals for ORBIS International, a non-profit organization bringing vision to the world through its flying eye hospital and educational programs. She went on to write letters for the organization, successfully acquiring millions of dollars worth of aircraft parts and medical supply donations. She also wrote and designed fund-raising materials, newsletters, and documentation for internal methods and processes for the organizations administrators and staff.

Tracy’s experience includes feature articles in national and niche publications, ghostwritten material for busy doctors and dentists who need a forum for connecting with their patients or sharing their expertise, website content generation for start-ups and established businesses alike, and newsletter design and distribution for a variety of clients in a variety of subject areas. She has provided line edit and rewrite services for self-published authors and has all the tools necessary to help you produce a book that looks as professional as it reads.

“Online” since 1991, Tracy also has experience with designing and writing content for websites. Although she has chosen to focus primarily on content, her knowledge of the internet and its evolution makes her a great team member for your own business website. Where her own skills don’t fit the bill, she is happy to help you by working with your web professionals, or coordinating for you within her own network of graphic designers and web masters.
